To resolve consumer or business customer issues effectively managing inquiries and providing the highest level of service to ensure consistent satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and coordination.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

• Resolve Complex Customer Issues: Address billing orders maintenance and technical support inquiries effectively.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify communicate and resolve serviceaffecting issues promptly.

• Customer Interaction and Feedback: Engage with customers and document interactions for continuous improvement.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure detailed documentation of customer transactions and service activities.

Job Contribution:

• An entrylevel professional with foundational knowledge applying company policies to routine issues.

• Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work.

• Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives influencing productivity and expenditures.
