Job Description
We are looking to add a Pool Bartender to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. Pay: $500 $1000 / week
Essential Functions:
- Mix ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serve guests/patrons on pool deck as well as outdoor dining areas.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Complete orders for beverages and supplies
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Wash bar glasses/dishes
- Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
- Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
- Responds to questions and special requests
- Provides information and directions
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Hospitality or related industry experience
- Previous HiVolume Bartending experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for 810 hour shifts
- Pulling pushing carrying boxes up to 25lbs
