ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job the candidate will possess exceptional listening verbal and written communication skills. Organizational problem solving and negotiation skills are necessary. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Lotus Notes or Outlook as well as familiarity with database management systems. Ability to multitask be selfmotivated and work under pressure is important in this role.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation for both internal and external customers. Punctuality professionalism and a willingness to travel is required. Can work independently but is equally comfortable working in a team environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; prefer fouryear college degree or five to eight years of work experience in a sales environment. Prior work experience in the HVAC industry is necessary.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel. Must be able to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
