Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing commercial building systems. The ideal candidate will hold an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or a Professional Engineer (PE) license and have proficiency in Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for commercial buildings ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other building components.
- Perform detailed calculations simulations and analyses to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings specifications and reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the installation and operation of electrical systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing electrical systems for commercial buildings.
- EIT certification or PE license is required.
- Proficiency in Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes standards and regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
