Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
- Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
- Collect clean and preprocess data from various sources to create highquality datasets.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.
- Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- 5 years of handson experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python Django and Flask.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g. supervised learning unsupervised learning deep learning).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Keras).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for AI/ML and a desire to make a significant impact.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI matplotlib seaborn).
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control Docker testing and CI/CD.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
