The Director of Clinic Operations is under the immediate supervision of the Senior Director of Mental Health. The Director of Clinic Operations works with considerable latitude to oversee each mental health clinic and supervises the daytoday operations as support to the Clinic Directors. This position will facilitate reviews of program and clinic process effectiveness analyze data of clinic outcomes develop and implement clinic process improvement initiatives. This position will also oversee peer and family partner services and ensure seamless
integration of these critical services into clinic workflows. This position is also responsible for ensuring services are in compliance with state and federal statutes and contracts as well as center policies and procedures. This position provides clear direction training supervision and accountability to all direct reports. Acts as a role model and serves as coach to mentor direct reports.
You will get to:
Oversee daytoday administrative functions for the MH clinics
Ensures annual performance evaluations are complete for all direct reports and that all staff evaluations are completed within a timely manner
Supports as needed in agencywide training
Schedules meetings with the Clinic Directors and other direct reports to review performance standards data outcomes and creates solutions to meet any unmet standards
Identifies provides and/or coordinates training or support that will provide tools needed for supervisors and staff within the clinics to be successful effective and efficient
Recognizes and encourages outstanding performance by team members develops morale selfcare and implements appreciation initiatives
Willingness to step in when needed to provide services or perform clinic duties if a Clinic Director is on leave or there is a vacancy
Collaborates with intraand interagency staff to improve services resources and access to services
Initiates/assists and maintains working relationships with community stakeholders for improved service provision
Supports the Clinic Directors to fill in any gaps and problem solve immediately to resolve any unmet standards or needs

Support the timely hiring and training of quality personnel
Develop and implement strategies and practices that foster positive changes in service delivery to include the seamless integration of peer and family partner services.
Ensure delivery of personcentered traumainformed recoveryoriented programming
Understand and implement the Certified Community Behavioral Healthcare Clinics (CCBHCs)
requirements and Local Mental Health Authority (LMHA) contract
Supports the Senior Director of Mental Health in tracking indicators related to CCBHC quality metrics and creating systemwide changes to programs of care
Assists the Senior Director of Mental Health to instill a sense of accountability among team members by modeling oversight of individual and organization performance standards
Supports the Senior Director of Mental Health in coaching and training supervisors to develop skills experience and professional growth
Assists the Senior Director of Mental Health in ensuring that all policies associated with the behavioral health program are current and reflect best practices and programmatic operations
Proficient in budget creation and management.
Proficient in data entry tracking data documentation and communication skills
Assists the Senior Director of Mental Health in grants management and implementation
Assists the Senior Director of Mental Health on budgets and identifying cost drivers
Works collaboratively with other departments (Facilities HR IT) to provide full support for all the clinic operations
Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assigned
Serve as a role model and mentor by carrying out the agency mission
Facilitates the implementation of evidencebased group delivery services
Provides progress reports regarding performance measures and outcome measures to management in a timely and accurate manner
Creatively problem solves barriers by offering solutions and following up on progress
Proficient in taking complex processes and turning it into simple stepbystep instructions
Strong sense of accountability reliability and responsiveness
Submits all requisite paperwork to include travel logs purchase orders and all other required or requested documentation in an accurate and timely manner
