Job Description

Senior Army Instructor (SAI):

  • A retired officer Chief Warrant officer from Active component Reserve or Guard (if one cannot be found we will consider an exception to policy for a Noncommissioned Officer E8 or E9.
  • Have a 4 year degree
  • Obtain a phase one qualification through USACC www.armyjrotc
  • Pass an in depth background check done by Federal Govt
  • Pay is equivalent to active duty pay

For the Enlisted side Army Instructor (AI)must be:

  • E6E9 or Chief Warrant Officer
  • A 2 year degree or have one within 5 years
  • Obtain a phase one qualification through USACC www.armyjrotc
  • Pass an in depth background check done by Federal Govt
  • Pay is equivalent to active duty pay

The position is a unique opportunity to teach and mentor youth to become better citizens through our curriculum and cocurricular activities as well as the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge which is a joint camp with other programs for a week in the summer.
