About the role
Elders Top End Group currently has a rare opportunity for a Real Estate Branch Manager to join the 2024s REINT #1 branch of the year to lead their team of 30 licensed agents and property managers who have had an impactful presence in the Darwin region for over 20years. Elders Top End Group is also the current National Real Estate Institute office of the year and manages over 1100 properties.
As a Real Estate Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch operations. Reporting directly to the State Residential Manager this is a leadership role where you will effectively engage inspire and empower the Darwin team to continue delivering award winning customerfocussed results while achieving and exceeding earning targets.
Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Branch Manager you will enjoy a day including:
Supporting the sales and property management teams to achieve agreed sales targets
Identify promote and coordinate areas for training and development across the team with L&D and State Operations Support
Actively recruit new Sales and Property Management staff to enhance our growth objectives in the local market
Manage and be accountable for the delivery of agreed profit outcomes within agreed budgets allocated
Continually seek process improvement to build efficiency in our business including proposing and embedding new technology options that create time and improve process and work functions which enhance client experiences
Engage with the wider Real Estate Branch Management network as part of a coordinated team approach and bring ideas initiatives and problemsolving skills to the table
Demonstrate leadership and operate from a basis of our core values of integrity accountability and teamwork in decisionmaking
About you
To excel at Elders you will have:
Current Real Estate License/ Certificate and Driver License
Experience in sales/ property management and team leadership
Demonstrated knowledge of operational planning and strong business acumen including management of the P&L and agreed KPIs in line with approved budgets
Strong client relationship management and advanced communication negotiation and influencing skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite and CRMs
Strong understanding of real estate laws regulations and industry best practices
