- We would prefer if he had experience in Metal or manufacturing sector
- Create and Maintain all records as per industrial factory and Labour laws and practices
- Compensation and benefits: Salary Bonus PF PT Leaves Attendance healthcare insurance etc. of complete staff
- Joining and exit procedures of all employees labour or agencies
- Compliance and legal Affairs: Ensure organization complies with legal regulatory requirements in terms of safety standards documentation licenses etc.
- HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in HR software (e.g. SAP Zoho or HRMS tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
