Job Description

Job Description:
  • We would prefer if he had experience in Metal or manufacturing sector
  • Create and Maintain all records as per industrial factory and Labour laws and practices
  • Compensation and benefits: Salary Bonus PF PT Leaves Attendance healthcare insurance etc. of complete staff
  • Joining and exit procedures of all employees labour or agencies
  • Compliance and legal Affairs: Ensure organization complies with legal regulatory requirements in terms of safety standards documentation licenses etc.
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g. SAP Zoho or HRMS tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
