Nudge is working in partnership with theTown of Cottesloeto recruit an entrylevelGovernance Trainee.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ayoung person (under 25 preferably 18who is eager to kickstart their career in local government gaining valuable skills and experience in business administration governance and executive support.

Nudge is working in partnership with the Town of Cottesloe for these exciting opportunities. Nudge will play a continued active role in the process providing mentoring support to those successful applicants.
- Fulltime paid position.
- Work in a professional local government environment.
- Gain a nationally recognised qualification(Cert III in Business Administration or Local Government).

As a Governance Trainee youll be working closely with the Governance and Executive Support Coordinator at theTown of Cottesloe handling important administrative and governance tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This is a great opportunity for someone who is:
- Proactive and keen to learn.
- Presentable and friendly.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good with computers(Microsoft Office skills required).
- A strong communicatorwith fluent English.
To apply you should:
- Be under25 years old18 preferred).
- Have completedYear 10.
- Belocal to the Western Suburbs(preferred).
- Be willing to undergo apolice clearance(paid for by the council).
- Be willing to complete apreemployment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
- Have apositive enthusiastic attitudeand willingness to learn.
- Work hours:MondayFriday 8:304:30 or 95 PM (occasional evening meetings with penalty rates paid)
