Job Description
Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are currently accepting applications for a qualified IT Technician. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform regular support and maintenance of IT equipment including desktops servers and network infrastructure for the HPA community
- Handle IT issues and problems reporting and requesting assistance from IT management as necessary.
- Assess and ensure help desk tickets and technical issues are adequately recorded.
- Prioritize help desk tickets and work on resolutions in priority order
- Printer maintenance
- Application & Program maintenance
- Provide oneonone training for unique HPA IT systems as needed and time is available.
- Network & Internet Maintenance / Monitoring
- Back up all updated files/programs/folders
- Create & Cleanup accounts Active Directory Cisco Phone Office365 Guardian Etc.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three 3 years experience in IT field or comparable education in IT field
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Qualified applicants will possess the following attributes:

- Strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and research solutions
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operation system applications and settings
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Cisco phone systems a plus but not required
