Description: Manages project from handoff from Sales through completion. Communicates directly with contractors designers subcontractors TRAG department managers and clients concerning material selections sample approvals monitors project costs staffing and scheduling. Prepares project status reports for the leadership team and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. Responsible for accurate field dimensions and is the conduit for relaying information between all parties. Responsible for holding department heads accountable for schedule. Responsible for selection of vendors for buyout. Responsible for but not limited to reviewing constructability of various components and consults with department heads for solutions. Daily review and updating of the project schedule. Review typical financial reports/tracking metrics. Initiate material and finish sample request & approvals.
