Internship Program at a glance:
- A6Monthinternshipprogram in our brandnew office in Madridstarting in January(flexible/ 1 month) which includes a full introduction to Revenue Management.
- A unique opportunity to learn fromour experienced Cluster Revenue Managers and grow your skills in RevenueManagement strategies and tactics.
- Work and be trained on the bestrevenue management systems and tools existing in hospitality.
- Work on different hotels andmarkets allowing you to learn faster from various scenarios.
- Structured feedback and coachingsessions to validate knowledge.
- Opportunities to participate inbusiness meetings directly with the hotels and apply knowledge.
- If successful opportunities tojoin the Team permanently as an Associate Junior Revenue Manager
What will you learn
Our internships have a structured framework including interactivetraining and development activities as well as close collaboration with ourexperienced team. During your 6 months with us you will learn:
- Induction to Radisson Hotel GroupCulture and Beliefs leadership foundations and Brands architecture.
- Structured program coveringRevenue Management foundations principles and techniques.
- Interactive training on keysystems.
- Exposure to other teams andbusiness units linked to Revenue management (i.e. Distribution Marketing)
- Onetoone mentor with regularfeedback.
- Understanding of current Businessfocus.
- Continuous inrole developmentthrough close collaboration with our team of experts.

A successful candidate will be commercially focused resultorientedwilling to learn and grow thanks to feedback. Criteria:
To be eligible you must:
- Be eligible to work in theEuropean Union. Internship based in Madrid.
- Have an internship agreement fromyour university
- Speak and write English additional languages are considered a plus.
- Demonstrate passion for RevenueManagement hospitality and learning.
