Position Overview
We are recruiting for a program manager to oversee and manage our technical projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
This role involves planning coordinating and ensuring the successful of complex technical programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical project management excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of demonstrated experience within the last 10 years in one or more of the following areas: Acquisition Systems Engineering Computer Science Engineering or training
- 5 years of demonstrated experience leading and managing contractor personnel and deliverables under a contract of similar size and scope
- Demonstrated knowledge the Intelligence Community
- Demonstrated experience with requirements documentation assessing customer requirements identify dependencies and developing responsive project plans
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Directorate of Science & Technology customer
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Operations
- PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts
- Demonstrated ability to estimate costs and other resources using quantitative analysis to project requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plans
- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements to include Lean Six Sigma methodology
