Base Hourly Rate: $22/hour
The total compensation opportunity includes the base salary a 10 annual bonus opportunity based on company performance

In this Contract Studies Lab Technician role you will be working on products that improve quality of life for patients workers and consumers worldwide. Our products include sterilization and cleaning monitoring mail in spore testing and continuous monitoring products to name a few. Our services include validation and calibration services sterilization cycle development and validation and contract laboratory testing. Your work can have a direct impact on your life and the lives of those you love.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors in creating a continuously improving clean wellorganized and selfmaintaining work environment. Work closely with team members and others to motivate and improve 5S knowledge and implementation.
- Follow a continuous improvement approach for team accountability for achieving high performance SQDCM (Safety Quality Delivery Cost & Morale) targets through a visual work environment.
- Complies with company ethics code of conduct policies and best practices with a commitment to safety in the workplace valuing of diversity and promotion of a harassmentfree environment.
- Provide support to the analysts during of studies to include but is not limited to: testing raw materials for use prep work to initiate studies and general lab operational help.
- Aseptically manufacture and sterilize growth media in accordance with production scheduling.
- Adherence to SOPs and participation in modification of SOPs to maintain compliance to standards.
- Operation of sterilizers and labware washers.
- Perform population assays in accordance with SOPs.
- Prepare equipment and materials for laboratory experiments.
- Archive laboratory documents.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient laboratory environment.
- Identifying and sourcing materials for laboratory.
- Excellent practice of aseptic technique.
- Meet good documentation practices per the quality system.
- Comply with safety and lab cleanliness standards.
- Timely delivery of materials and reagents to meet inventory stocking levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge working with Microsoft Suite products (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint etc..
- Qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
- SelfManagement use time efficiently use professionalism by accepting responsibility for own actions.
- Time Management adherence to production schedules and additional scheduling of independent tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Teamwork.
- Quality demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality.
