Senior Quantity Surveyor Sydney
Location: Sydney Newbuild Education Projects Across NSW
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent
Salary: $130000 $150000 Superannuation

What Youll Be Doing
Pre and postcontract cost management for a range of school projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
Prepare cost estimates feasibility studies and cost plans that are rock solid.
Lead procurement tendering and contract administration including prequalification and tender analysis.
Provide monthly cost reports and present directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams contractors and consultants at every stage of the project.
What Youll Need
Degreequalified as a minimum.
QS consultancy background with experience working on propertyrelated projects.
Strong commercial acumen ability to manage risk and drive value for clients.
Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software.
AIQS or MRICS accreditation (highly regarded but not essential).
