Job Description: As a Senior Homeowner Liability Adjuster you will be responsible for handling and resolving personal lines homeowner liability claims (dog bites slip & falls etc.. This role involves evaluating loss settlements communicating with claimants negotiating settlements and ensuring claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient claims handling.
Compensation:
- $65000 $95000/year (based on experience)
- 4 weeks of PTO 9 company holidays
- 401(k) with generous company match

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling homeowner liability claims.
- Strong knowledge of homeowner insurance policies claims processes and state regulations.
- Proficiency in using claims management software
- Excellent analytical negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve homeowner liability claims from inception to conclusion.
- Conduct thorough investigations to verify the loss status and determine settlement amounts.
- Prepare detailed documentation and maintain accurate claim files.
