About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clients. This person efficiently responds to inquiries ensures high service standards and manages client billing. They handle customer requests via phone and email providing a seamless and positive experience.

This is a hybrid position requiring a mix of remote and onsite work as needed. The role starts parttime and will transition to fulltime during the summer season making it an ideal opportunity for university or college students looking for handson experience in customer service while working in a dynamic and engaging environment.
