Job Description
The Program Directorof PersonCentered Day leads the day and employment program designed to create innovative and genuine opportunities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders to participate fully and meaningfully in and to contribute to their communities as valued members. The Program Director of PersonCentered Day position collaborates with our funding sources and isthepoint of contact for the local DDS area office.
Salary: $60465.60 annually
Hiring Bonus: $3500$1750 paid at 3 and 6 months after successful completion of orientation)

TOP 5 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Coordinates all aspects of communitybased day programming including program development and scheduling tracking of participant attendance against budget and monthly billing
- Interviews and hires adiverse team utilizing direct supervision to focus on the growth and development of case managers support specialists and relief staff.
- A Bachelors Degree in a relative field (preferred) or 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Autism Spectrum disorder Acquired Brain Injury clinical and behavioral support needs.
- Experience with electronic record management including proficiency with HCSIS and ISP documentation.
