What Youll Be Doing:
Lead & Oversee the design of mechanical systems for diverse and impactful projects.
Manage & Mentor a team of engineers and designers fostering a culture of innovation.
Drive Business Growth Build relationships secure new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
Ensure Excellence Oversee project management budgets and schedules to deliver exceptional designs.
Collaborate with Industry Experts Work closely with architects engineers and key stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
P.Eng. Designation is required.
815 years of mechanical engineering design experience (building systems focus).
Leadership & Team Management Experience Youve successfully led teams and projects.
Strong Business Development Skills Ability to grow and maintain client relationships.
Software Expertise Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and relevant design tools.
Strategic Thinker Passionate about contributing to longterm company growth.
