As a NDE Tech in burg VA you will be part of the proven team in theIBN Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

Under minimal supervision this position performs advanced troubleshooting repair and calibration of specified equipment and / or systems at customer sites. Work is performed according to instructions and established procedures and / or guidelines. Autonomy is expected under most circumstances. May be required to work around radioactive and / or corrosive chemicals and to wear appropriate protective equipment. Expectations for this position are installs troubleshoots assemble / disassemble repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites; may include equipment associated with refueling inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components. To conduct routine and nonroutine tasks operates specialized equipment takes measurements extracts and compiles data regarding equipment and process performance; collates data on task and outage performance. Develops calculations tables reports and related data; maintains maintenance logs maintenance procedures and certification documents. Establish problem reports field schedules and task close out reports as needed. May provide input to training materials and may conduct training as needed. Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance. Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required to ensure timely service. Will require unescorted nuclear site access.

Your total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $34.00 $44.23 per hour and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
