The Team:
The Global Shared Services team delivers transactional finance services in support of multiple regions. This team focuses on processing highvolume standardized transactions in the most efficient manner to enable the scalability of finance operations globally. This model serves to optimize processes reduce costs and ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
The Role:
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of customer vendor and material master data within the organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting data management data quality and data governance initiatives ensuring that key data elements are effectively managed to support business operations and decisionmaking processes. The Master Data Specialist will collaborate with various departments to gather analyze create and update data as well as troubleshoot data issues and implement process improvements.
Essential Functions:
Create and maintain master data in business systems including customers vendors and materials.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency of master data. Identify and correct data discrepancies.
Establish and enforce data governance standards policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity around data management and ensure data quality.
Act as the primary point of contact for master data inquiries.
Maintain detailed documentation of master data processes procedures and data standards.

Minimum education and work experience required:
Bachelors degree strongly preferred or an otherwise equivalent level of experience
2 years of work experience in master datarelated role
Experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel
English proficiency
