Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 31000 Level 3 in Early Years Required

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional who is committed to providing highquality care and education in a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe engaging and supportive setting fostering each childs emotional social and educational development. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in young childrens early learning experiences while working within a friendly and collaborative team.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent) essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
  • A deep understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills engaging with children parents and colleagues.
  • A caring proactive and teamfocused approach to early years education.
