The Onboarding Team at Brandwatch is a global group of product experts dedicated to helpingcustomers turn social data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. We designscalable data and visualization ecosystems while delivering enablement programs that empowercustomers to confidently use Brandwatch and leverage social intelligence across their business.

As an Onboarding Specialist you will act as a trusted consultant guiding customers through theonboarding process ensuring seamless implementation and driving longterm product adoption.Youll collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to design tailored solutionsoptimize workflows and enable customers to extract maximum value from the Brandwatch suiteof products.

What youll do:

  • Become a Brandwatch product expert staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and design scalable onboarding solutions that drive longterm success.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects balancing stakeholder needs while ensuring timely highquality .
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams delegating tasks and ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
  • Provide proactive recommendations on best practices platform usage and potential projects to maximize product adoption.
  • Translate complex client requirements into structured repeatable workflows and solutions.
  • Lead customer training and coaching sessions equipping clients with the knowledge to selfserve and scale their social intelligence capabilities.
  • Represent Brandwatch in clientfacing meetings industry events and internal initiatives to strengthen our position as a thought leader.

What youll bring:

  • 2 years of experience in software onboarding or customerfacing roles.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
  • A customerfirst mindset with a passion for delivering bestinclass service experiences.
  • A strong ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Experience analyzing data and using insights to inform decisionmaking and drive client success.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new software and evolving business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and build strong relationships.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive and consultative approach.
  • Experience working in deadlinedriven environments managing multiple priorities effectively.
