This position requires a passionate and creative individual who can design an inclusive activity programme that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of older adults. The job holder will build connections with the wider community engage volunteers and ensure that all activities foster social interaction physical engagement and cognitive stimulation. This role is crucial in creating a vibrant supportive environment where residents feel valued connected and engaged.
