Responsibilities:
Providing therapeutic interventions in the form of personcentered individual therapy to assist the person served in actualizing their goals.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Completing documentation promptly.
Assisting clients in learning skills/coping strategies that support recovery.
Familiar with evidencebased clinical practices (i.e. harm reduction motivational interviewing CBT DBT etc..
Assisting individuals with activities of daily living housing and vocational support.
Liaisonwith medical providers and other community supports.
Respect diverse views and approaches demonstrate Standards of Respect and contribute to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism tolerance civility and acceptance toward all employees patients and visitors.
Qualifications:
Grade C12: Clinician III: Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work psychology marriage and family therapy counseling or related field) that meets the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology social work marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC LCSW LMFT or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Grade C16: Clinician IV: Masters degree in a clinical course of study (social work psychology counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with adults with mental illness.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment are a must.

Current valid USissued drivers license and ability to provide registered inspected and insured automobile for workrelated purposes including transporting clients in your vehicle
