We are looking for a Localization Project Manager.
We are seeking a Project Manager for our Enterprise clients who will manage translation projects work with translators and directly with our top clients in the digital space covering the San Francisco working hours 8am5pm PT).
We are offering a fulltime employee position working the night shift from our Rome offices. The position requires working a night shift 5pm to 2am CET/CEST) and the salary will include the allowance due for the night work.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for creating and managing projects across all service types and clients ensuring ontime delivery quality and adherence to budget constraints. You will provide a high level of support to both clients and linguists throughout the project while ensuring the implementation of established processes. You will collaborate with Senior Project Managers (SPjMs) to guarantee client satisfaction regarding the quality of service and to support Associate Project Managers (APjMs) on production for specific clients or service offerings.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned clients ensuring highquality deliverables and ontime delivery (OTD).
- Directly manage complex and/or strategic projects during onboarding launches and throughout the collaboration with clients.
- Serve as the primary PjM point of contact with clients attending meetings and presenting production data and improvement plans during business reviews.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
This position will include the possibility to work on holidays and/or weekends if necessary.
To foster a stronger bond with the rest of the Enterprise Project Management team the resource will be periodically required to temporarily switch to the standard 9am6pm shifts in our HQ in Pi Campus Rome (Italy).
Requirements:
- 3 years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management
- knowledge of the localization process and CATtools;
- demonstrated history of being a selfdriven motivated and outcomeoriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity;
- exhibits excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivering information in a concise factbased and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information;
- boasts outstanding organizational skills excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail;
- thrives in a highly collaborative work environment contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.
