Job Description

The Position
- Develop a comprehensive cleaning and waste management strategy from start to finish.
- Lead key projects engaging with stakeholders analysing data and creating strategic documentation.
- Attend meetings and workshops ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring project success.
- Represent the business professionally and confidently to clients and external partners.
- Develop technical documentation to support environmental services commissioning.
- Assist in creating and refining operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
The Person
- A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
- Operational experience in service delivery following processes and SOPs.
- Proven expertise in healthcare cleaning and infection control policies.
- A background in process development documentation and training in healthcare.
- Familiarity with QFM and iClean software (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong attention to detail.
- A flexible solutionsfocused mindset with excellent communication skills.
