Mens Grill Server Bartender
Capital City Club Brookhaven is a private club located in Atlanta. Home to a beautiful 18hole golf course.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic professional and serviceoriented individuals to join the Capital City team in our Mens Grill; we offer a competitive hourly wage free parking free uniform holiday and vacation pay free meals opportunities for career development but best of all a fun and supportive workplace!
Key Responsibilities:
- Stocks the bar daily and maintains organization and cleanliness. Prepares garnishes fruit mixes and premixed drinks before opening the bar.
- Prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.
- Works in a fastpaced teamoriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Attends all staff meetings including preshift sessions and training as required.
- Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
- Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
- Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
- Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests always ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus including daily features and specials.
- Follows daily opening and closing procedures completes daily checklists and executes daytoday operations relatively independently.
- Becomes familiar with members names and greets them accordingly providing a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.
- Assists fellow team members to provide unique personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
- Minimum 18years of age.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate satisfactorily with members guests managers and coworkers.
- Available to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to understand interpret and input data. Experience with food and beverage pointofsale a plus.
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to perform job functions and assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a gogetter attitude.
