Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Associate at D1 Training Coralville youll be the first point of contact for athletes parents and members. Youll create a welcoming professional and energetic environment while supporting daily operations sales and administrative tasks to help our facility run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members and guests with a friendly professional demeanor

Answer phone calls respond to emails and handle general inquiries

Schedule training sessions and manage class checkins

Assist with membership sales and provide information on training programs and services

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

Process payments and manage pointofsale transactions

Support coaches and staff with daytoday operations and special events

Track and follow up with leads and prospects

Monitor and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic outgoing and professional appearance and attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment

Previous customer service or fitness industry experience preferred

Basic computer skills (CRM POS scheduling software etc.

Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals

Compensation: $15.00 $16.00 per hour
