ELECTRICAL MANAGER
LOCATION: ARVIN CA.

What you will need:
- Ten years of experience in electrical design applications.
- Experienced manager with at least 8 years of handson leadership and management expertise.
- Thorough understanding of the NEC GO95 and NFPA 70E codes.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamoriented mindset with a focus on fostering positive working relationships.
- Sound decisionmaking skills and exercises good judgment in complex situations.
- Ability to travel when needed to various Grimmway facilities.
- A valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation
What will set you apart:
- College degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with electrical instrumentation automation controls design engineering and drafting.
- Experience with good manufacturing practices food safety standards and all OSHA requirements.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

Total Rewards: $100000 $140000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
