Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract toptier talent.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored hiring plans.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals social media employee referrals and headhunting.
- Strengthen employer branding to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies job boards and universities.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of recruiters for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all hiring activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
- Proven expertise in managing largescale recruitment projects.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies employer branding and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Handson experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven decisionmaking abilities.
