HIRING: CAREGIVERS IN GALENA TX
Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services Greater West Houston and Fort Bend Cty TX is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Galena TX. This is a fulltime individual contributor role in the Franchise industry focused on providing exceptional healthcare and medical services to seniors in our community. As a Caregiver at our location you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and dishwashing
Escort seniors to appointments or outings
Companionship and social interaction with clients
Monitor and record changes in seniors physical and mental health
Communicate effectively with clients their families and medical professionals
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working with seniors in a healthcare or inhome care setting
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Understanding of basic medical terminology
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
