You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have a unique model of care which places the residents needs as your number one priority. You will help create a home away from home for our residents by coaching and mentoring staff in how to deliver person centred and individual care.
This role is carried out in accordance with the identified needs of the team within a specific Residential Care home and incorporates a monitoring function to ensure the ongoing robustness of the model. This may include assisting Residential Managers with identifying and troubleshooting any issues or problems which may arise.
