We are seeking an experienced Skin Trainer to join our esteemed team in Hyderabad. This fulltime senior position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for guiding and nurturing skills in skincare treatments enhancing the knowledge of our staff with cuttingedge techniques and practices. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in skin anatomy is crucial for understanding various skin types and conditions. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with laser treatment equipment to ensure the safety and effectiveness of skincare therapies. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to conduct product knowledge training to equip team members with essential information. (Mandatory skill)
- Knowledge of dermatology techniques to address a wide range of skin issues with professional expertise.
- Solid understanding of cosmetic chemistry to develop safe and effective skincare regimens tailored to individual needs.
- Expertise in microdermabrasion enhancing skin texture by removing dead skin cells and boosting circulation.
- Advanced facial techniques to provide holistic skincare solutions while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Strong customer service skills to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional training experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance staff knowledge and proficiency in skincare treatments.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on advanced skincare techniques and the latest industry developments.
