Job Description

IntegrityLives is hiring a Nonprofit Solutions Manager to sign on Nonprofit organizations to a platform free designed to serve donors. Added sales opportunities include packages designed to build donor base of Nonprofit organizations. Your primary responsibility is to sign up Nonprofit organizations for a free service that allows donations to the Nonprofit organization. IntegrityLives LLC is a certified and bonded thirdparty solicitor of charitable contributions. This is a high commission job due to its potential for high volume. After 90 days based on workperformance there may be an opportunity for fulltime plus benefits.

Job description

The Nonprofit Solutions Manager will be responsible for targeted business development in Nonprofit donor services working in a fastpaced business environment.

The Nonprofit Solutions Manager reports to the Vice President of Sales which is a nationally fully remote delivery organization focused on growing digital placement revenue nationwide.

This is a Senior level position and we are looking for people with previous success within the IT or Nonprofit industry and either technology sales or other business development experience.

As a Nonprofit Solutions Manager your responsibilities will include:

Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for Nonprofit organizations. Market with graphic pitch presentations telephone as well as virtual meetings with Clevel executives and key decision makers. Nonprofit Solutions Manager will participate in local association and networking events to solidify IntegrityLives presence in the local business community.

Select wellmatched organizations to join our platform and maintain ongoing contact with client organizations and ensure the client receives exceptional customer service. In addition the Nonprofit Solutions Manager will resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in workexperience.

2 years of businesstobusiness development experience and/or working in a marketing branding advertising public relations or creative designrelated field is preferred.

Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.

A combination of business development and account management skills are required.

Ability to multitask and persevere in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.

Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and selfmotivated individual.
