As our Assistant Store Manager youll play a pivotal role in the heartbeat of our operations combining leadership customer service and operational excellence to ensure our success soars to new heights.

Responsibilities:
- Dive into the excitement of managing our businesss daytoday operations setting the tone for success with your positive attitude and boundless energy.
- Forge lasting connections with customers in person or on the phone sharing your warm smiles and enthusiasm to keep them coming back for more.
- Assist with inventory management ensuring our stock is as vibrant and dynamic as our brand.
- Lead by example coaching and guiding our exceptional team to deliver outstanding service and reach their full potential.
- Embrace the thrill of adventure as you handle tasks such as processing orders traveling for bank deposits and data maintenance adding an extra layer of excitement to your role.
Requirements:
- Garment retail experience.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Exemplary customer service and selling skills.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google
- Ability to work a variety of shifts within a 40hour workweek (Including evenings and weekends)
- Standing & Walking for 8 Hours and the ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
