Job Overview: We seek a skilled Maintenance Worker to ensure our facilities are safe comfortable and efficient for clients and staff. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards.
Schedule: This is a PerDiem opportunity with no set schedule you will pick up shifts based on your availability and our needs.
Pay Range: $18$25 per hour depending upon experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance (HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry)
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
Conduct regular facility inspections
Ensure health and safety compliance
Collaborate with team members for repairs
Manage and order supplies
Keep detailed maintenance records
Qualifications:
Proven maintenance experience
Knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques
Basic understanding of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
Strong problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
