Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Accounts & Finance with a robust background in handling Income Tax GST Customs Export Banking and related issues. The ideal candidate should have 512 years of progressive experience demonstrating expertise in financial management tax compliance and team leadership. This role involves overseeing daily bookkeeping managing accounts payable and receivables payroll administration and assisting in monthend closings and audit preparations. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize financial processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Management:**
Lead the finalization of Balance Sheets and Accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage Tax Planning Income Tax GST matters independently and liaise with authorities as required.
Provide strategic guidance on Export issues Customs procedures and Export Banking.
2. **Team Leadership:**
Supervise a team of 34 members providing mentorship and direction in achieving departmental goals.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment ensuring team members are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
3. **Financial Reporting and Compliance:**
Prepare and present Grant Reports and support in audit preparations.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
4. **Client Management and Communication:**
Manage client communications effectively ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Monitor budgets and billing processes to ensure financial objectives are met.
5. **System Improvement and Cost Management:**
Initiate system and procedural improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy.
Implement costcutting measures while maintaining operational excellence.
### Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Extensive knowledge and handson experience 512 years) in Income Tax GST Customs and Export Banking.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of 34 members.
