Job Description
Job Summary:
Civility Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Connecticut. This is a Per Diem individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $22 to $25 per hour paid weekly. As a CNA at Civility Home Care you will play a crucial role in providing quality and compassionate care to our clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to clients in facilities Memory care Assistant living and independent living. Following their individual care plans
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
Administer medications as directed by the supervising nurse
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
Keep accurate records of clients care and progress
Communicate effectively with clients their families and the healthcare team
Requirements:
Active Connecticut CNA license
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and assist clients with mobility
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check and drug screening
