Job Description
A growing company is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of accounts and maintain strong client relationships. The role also involves identifying opportunities to generate more business from existing clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating over the phone excel in relationship development and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to bring in additional business from existing clients.
- Provide clients with regular updates and ensure consistent communication.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proactive approach to client engagement and business growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus.
