Job Description
Location:Indianapolis IN
Hybrid position candidate has to go to the office 23 days per week
Description:
- Perform completeRFDesignfor 1st tierRFcarrier
- Search area issuance candidate assessment approvals Macro / SmallsDesigns andRFdesignsupport for bringing these solutions onair. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in place
- AToll experience
- Fuze experience
- RoofMaster / IXUS experience
- Perform Macro/Small CellDesign designincluding antenna selection and placement utilizing knowledge of Cband 5G LTE CDMA to contribute in networkdesign
- Create CIQs E911 submissions COPs etc.
- Work on new cell sites making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance
- Work with crossfunctional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability
