Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location: Belfast
Salary: 42000 Oncall bonus & overtime opportunities
Shifts: Monday to Friday rotating mornings and evenings
Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading renewable energy provider operating a wastetoenergy plant in Belfast. They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team and ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of their plant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a timeserved Mechanical Technician/Maintenance Fitter to work in a fastpaced sustainable energy environment with excellent earning potential through overtime and oncall bonuses.

The Role:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure plant efficiency
- Diagnose faults troubleshoot and carry out repairs to minimise downtime
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Assist with plant upgrades modifications and improvements
- Participate in the oncall rota to provide emergency breakdown support
The Person:
- Timeserved Mechanical Technician/Maintenance Fitter
- Strong experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial manufacturing or energy sectors
- Skilled in faultfinding repairs and planned maintenance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
