As a Field Services Representativein our Houston office you will help us empower our clients to achieve energyefficient building solutions save global environments and create a better greener future for all.

Heres why we need you:

In this role you will be responsible for providing onsite project construction administration support ensuring that the construction is carried out in accordance with our design documents industry standards and client requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing activities related to project construction administration conducting field observations attending OwnerArchitectContractor (OAC) meetings communicating and coordinating with the project design team our client the contractor and the owner.


Additionally you may be tasked with developing and coordinating system test procedures organizing user training sessions administering functional performance tests attending design meetings and assisting with document control.

Expertise of our most successful Field Services Representative:

  • 10 years of handson experience in engineering/construction management/administration commissioning facilities management/operation mechanical contracting or MEP coordination or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree in an architectural engineering related field or construction management preferred.
  • Full understanding of applicable design codes design standards and specification requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
  • Knowledge of test and balance and building control systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and life safety systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 70 of the time.
  • Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office Bluebeam and other constructionbased software.
  • Valid state drivers license for job site travel.
