- Must be enrolled in an MSW BSW or Counseling program
- Have a passion for psychology and improving the lives of the individuals we serve.
- Have prior consent/approval from RTI and your university to engage in internship practice with RTI.
- Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
- Work in a personcentered approach.
- Organize and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid drivers license and have a satisfactory driving record.
- Access to a working vehicle and auto insurance for yourself and the vehicle.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. or more.
- A year of working with persons diagnosed with severe & persistent mental illness (SPMI) Developmental Disabilities Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) Trauma Histories and Chemical Dependency (CD) Histories. Experience working within a psychologybased profession.
