Expertise in Core HCM and Basic Knowledge in at least 2 other Workday modules such as HCM Payroll Time Tracking Absence Talent or Recruiting.
Perform system testing
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Workday configurations.
Design and configure Workday business processes Reports Security etc. to meet business needs.
including unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing.
Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Workday.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and business processes.
Stay up to date with the latest Workday features and functionality providing recommendations for system enhancements.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth integration with other systems and applications.
