About to Role:
Reporting to the Global Service Director Solar the Solar Project Manager will work cross functionally across the organization and will oversee the planning anddelivery of Solar projects that align with organizational goals. This role requires astrategic thinker and creative problem solver to ensure projects are completed on timewithin budget and to the highest quality standards.
This position is part of the Service Department and located onsite in Sterling VA.
In this role a typical day will look like:
- Develop detailed project plans managing resources timelines and scope to ensure successful .
- Monitor and track project progress adjusting plans as necessary to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Prepare manage and report on project budgets ensuring financial control and identifying costsaving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes conducting regular reviews to ensure the final output meets both client and company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns in a proactive and transparent manner.
- Anticipate potential risks to timelines costs and quality and develop strategies to mitigate these risks keeping projects on track.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects preferably in the solar hydrology meteorology or energy industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration
It would be an asset if you have:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention todetail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $78000.00 $85000.00 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
