The Role:
As Marigolds Business Development Representative youll be at the forefront of our efforts to build and manage a robust lead pipeline through a variety of business development approaches including inbound and outbound strategies partner campaigns events and webinars. With autonomy as well as support from a talented team youll leverage your experience to engage enterpriselevel brands setting the stage for meaningful sales opportunities. Collaboration is key as youll work crossfunctionally with Marketing and Sales while maintaining a strategic consultative approach with prospects. We are seeking a proactive resultsdriven individual to join our diverse team of Business Development Representatives who will be energized by the challenge of identifying opportunities that drive successful business growth.
What Youll Do:
Build and manage lead development pipeline through inbound and outbound activities
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams supporting campaigns and creating engagement with prospects for touchpoints such as trade shows webinars and other events
Qualify leads and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through calls emails and social network
Provide quality research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls
Proactively communicate Marigolds products and industry knowledge relevant to prospects needs
CRM updates on activity and provide accurate forecasts and weekly reports
Ideal Qualifications:
Written and spoken English French and Spanish language fluency required
2 to 3 years of enterprise business development experience or related fields
Bachelors degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify the real driver behind prospects stated needs
Energy resilience and ambition with a strong desire to improve
Nice to Have:
Experience selling SaaS applications or marketing automation software is a plus
Experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach is a plus
