Job Description
Counselstudents regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country Course Universities and program selection and career planning.
Will beresponsible for the counselling of Canada USA UK Aus NZ etc.
Receiveclient details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course anduniversity of his/her choice and accordinglygive guidance
Provideaccurate information regarding the study abroad programs courses colleges and universities andcountrieslikeCanada USA UK Aus NZ etc.
Analyzethe mindset of the students who are interested in abroad education andmotivate and encourage clientsto take up the course
Providethe accurate information of Application fees and about the Tuition fee for theparticular course
Advisestudents on application procedures visa applications applying foraccommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.
Provideall the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifyingdoubts in filling up of form or doubts of any othernature.
Share indetail about the course for abroad Education i.e. for Diploma Bachelors andMasters (all stream)
Ensureparent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring moreclients and increase referrals
Stayupdated about the various study abroad programs offered by college/universitiesand use the knowledge in helping students
Stayupdated about any changes in Embassy rules or any Specific requirement changehappen in any country for study
Helpstudents with every detail from registration to Fly to the host country.
Maintaina proper database of WalkIns students counseled Applicants Registered andapplications sent to abroad
Assistingwith activities to promote Universities represented by the Company
Activelyhandle presubmission team and postsubmission team and guide them for theirrespective work.
Make surethat presubmission team completes all missing documents requirement ofstudents application on time and upload them intoCRM
Make surethat all application assigned to postsubmission team has submitted on time asper decided timeline
