About the role:
PwC is expanding its Workforce business across the UK offering an exciting opportunity to join the growing pensions team as an employee benefits specialist. Working within the Employee Benefits team part of the wider Tax and Legal practice youll help clients align their benefits with corporate strategy ensuring costeffectiveness and employee wellbeing.
Your expertise will support highprofile organisations in navigating complex rules and making informed decisions. As a Senior Associate youll contribute to business growth drive new revenue streams and share specialist knowledge to deliver topnotch service. This role involves close collaboration with DC & DB pension consulting and Risk & Regulation teams.
What your days will look like:
Lead the delivery of employee benefits projects and manage a portfolio of existing clients acting as a primary point of contact.
Delegate work to Associates providing training support and personal development.
Manage ongoing relationships with providers and ensure compliance with internal processes including FCA regulated activity.
Provide business development support driving client campaigns and new revenue opportunities.
This role is for you if:
Extensive experience with Employee Benefits including flexible benefits Healthcare and Risk products.
Advising clients on UK Healthcare arrangements and group risk products including trustbased and insured schemes.
Knowledge of global benefits provision and employee benefits market trends within the UK and globally.
Strong presentation skills both verbal and written with the ability to simplify technical language for nonexperts.
Experience in managing people overseeing work delivery coaching and collaboration.
